Privacy Policy
How Home Project Pilot collects, uses and protects your information.

1. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, ZIP code, home profile details, and messages sent through quote requests. We also collect diagnostic inputs, uploaded photos and documents, and any project-cost information you choose to share.
2. How we use it
We use your information to run the platform: to show contractor results for your area, produce diagnostic and quote guidance, deliver quote requests you initiate, send the emails you have asked for, and improve accuracy of our data.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not resell your project details to lead-generation networks. Contractors cannot pay to see your details, to rank higher, or to influence a trust score.
4. Photos and documents
Photos and documents you upload are stored privately and are visible only to you and, when needed for support, to our staff. They are used to generate the analysis you requested. They are not published or shared with contractors unless you send them yourself.
5. Email
We send account, billing and service emails. Optional reminder and newsletter emails can be turned off at any time in your account settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any message.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and standard analytics to understand which pages are used and to measure marketing. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may then not work.
7. Service providers
We use trusted providers to host the platform, process payments, deliver email, and run AI analysis. They only receive what they need to perform their function.
8. Your choices
You can view, correct, export or delete your information at any time from your account, or by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
9. Children
The platform is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app and the effective date above will change.
