Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect immediately with unused value credited to your next invoice. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access to the end of the term you paid for, and annual terms are not refunded pro rata (14-day exception applies).
